Poppy Seed Bundt Cake

Ingredients

1 box yellow or lemon cake mix

1 c. water

1 pkg. lemon or coconut instant pudding mix

1/2 c. water

4 T. poppy seeds

1/2 c. oil

4 eggs

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour bundt pan.
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
Add water and oil.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well.
Bake at 350° for 35 minutes in a well greased and floured bundt pan.
Cool then invert onto serving plate.
Cake does not need any icing.
If desired, however, combine lemon juice and confectioners sugar and drizzle lightly over.
